EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

Clement Design Canada only accepts orders from North America. Any order to be shipped outside North America is considered an international order. Unfortunately, we do not process this type of order at this time.

Prices shown do not include VAT. Sales taxes may apply to your order, depending on where you live.

1. Orders delivered in Quebec (Canada): Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% applies, as well as Quebec Sales Tax (QST) of 9.975% for all orders delivered to a Quebec address (except items where taxes do not apply).

2. Orders delivered to other Canadian provinces: Only the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies, except for New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Ontario where the tax charged is 13%, Prince Edward Island where the tax charged is 14%, and Nova Scotia where the tax charged is 15%.

3. Orders shipped to the U.S.: Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are not taxable.

CORRECTION OF PRINTING ERRORS OR MISTAKES

We make every effort to avoid errors. The way we correct errors varies according to the type of error. For example, if a product description is incorrect, we will correct it.

In general, you should be aware that the price and availability of a product may change without notice. When an error is found, we will correct it. Clement Design Canada reserves the right to cancel an offer and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been placed and even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Clement Design Canada will refund you by crediting your credit card for the amount charged. Bank rules stipulate when your account will be credited with this amount.
